ABC News: Coolamon tackles aged care worker shortage

There's a shortage of aged care workers across the country and in regional areas it's particularly acute. One small community in southern New South Wales is trying to change that by recruiting workers from overseas, offering them training to become accredited nurses and care workers and finding them somewhere to live.
